Refund and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 72 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on info@knowlathon.com or call us on +91 9960618702 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 15 business days after the cancellation request to your original mode of payment.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

In circumstances where you consider that a service is defective, you should promptly contact us on info@knowlathon.com or call us on +91 9960618702  with details of the service defect. the defect. We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a retraining as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you an invite for the upcoming training.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Knowlathon, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

 

Full Refunds Possible If:

 

you received a defective service or the certification exam is not conducted for your required module.

 

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses.

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Knowlathon website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use/Services and the points below.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

Knowlathon, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

In case Knowlathon cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the Participant.

If a cancellation is done by a Participant 7 day or more, prior to the event, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the Participant.

If a cancellation is done by a Participant 7 day or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

If the cancellation is done by the Participant within 48 hours of subscribing, 5% will be deducted as administration fee.

If the cancellation is done by the Participant after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

In case Knowlathon reschedules the training event, the options available to the Participant are:

The Participant, if wishes to, can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to Knowlathon solutions at least 3 days ahead of the event date

The Participant would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience, at any location, on any date of scheduled training.

100% refund will be made, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the Participant’s schedule.

Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a Participant wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:

If the request of rescheduling is received within 7 days or less, no rescheduling will be allowed to the Participant. However, the Participant can send a replacement instead.

Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.

If the request of rescheduling is received ahead of 7days or more, 10% of registration fee will be charged.
